Founder
Winsome is a mother, grandmother, and entrepreneur with a passion for helping humanity.
She attended Barry University in Miami, Florida, the Insitute of Management and Production in Kingston, Jamaica, and Duffs Business College in Kingston, Jamaica. She worked for the AT&T Corporation for 28 years and currently owns her Consulting firm, Winsome Robertson LLC.

Epidemiologist
Marsha Mullings is an epidemiologist with a keen interest in the scope and complexity of human diseases and their effects on populations. She spends a lot of time analyzing disease patterns and trends and attempting to link those patterns to the larger picture of health outcomes and wellbeing in different populations.
Marsha has a wide-ranging professional footprint that includes working in academic research, working with state and federal agencies, and working in research and development internationally. Marsha’s work has given her extensive experience in:
•Epidemiological research and data analysis
•Directing surveillance programs and activities
•Spearheading multiple healthcare equity projects
•Creating and fostering cross-disciplinary partnerships
Marsha received her academic training in Epidemiology and Public Health at the University of Miami School of Medicine, where she spent time working in the Jackson Hospital system, a premiere spot for the best of public health training. Marsha works tirelessly to build relationships and utilize collective expertise to solve the problems that affect individuals and communities.

Rosemarie gathered her extensive medical experience from working in the ICU and in the management side of the medical field. She attended Northeastern University in Boston, Middlesex County College in New Jersey. J.E. Burke High School in Boston and Alpha Academy in Kingston, Jamaica.
Rosemarie Barnett has a passion for serving the under served which lead her to open a 7 bed maternity center in Port-a-Prince, Haiti. After the 2010 Earth Quake in Haiti, Rosemarie volunteered as part of the leadership with a team in the Miami project to cure paralysis, under the auspices of Dr. Barth Green. She further served as a member of the Rape Treatment Counsel at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

A true entrepreneur, a mother and grandmother who has owned and operated various businesses. She currently serves on community boards and volunteers many hours in her church. She has a passion for helping others. She worked in Corporate America for over 35 years and so brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and experiences to the organization.
